Can I bring my own food?
Yes, we recommend if your dog is not used to eating what we provide.
Can I bring a bed and toys?
We provide both but you are welcome to bring a favorite toy and a bed as long as the bed is not larger than their run.
What if my pet needs medical attention?
We will make every attempt to contact your veterinarian, however if yours cannot be reached, we will use Westminster emergency veterinarian center.
What if my pet requires medication?
Simple medication is of no trouble and no extra charge. However,if medication requirements are extensive, there will be a $5 per day charge to medicate your pet.
What if I can not find my vaccination records?
You can have your veterinarian fax a copy to us or pick a copy up at your convenience.
What if my dog arrives with fleas?
If we have staff available to bathe and dip your pet, we will, at your expense. If we do not, we will be unable to keep your pet
If we get home early, can we pick up our pet?
Yes, during our business hours. Please keep in mind that we charge for time reserved when your pet is picked up early.
