Kennel Policies:
Boarding Charges begin the day of drop-off.
If you check your pet out before 10am you will not be charged for that day.
You will be charged for time reserved when dropping off later than scheduled or picking up early.
There is a 3 day minimum during major holidays and our peak season (June through August). We will waive this requirement if the kennel is not filled to capacity.
We do not accept credit cards. Check or cash payment only. There is a $30 fee for all returned checks.
Cancellation Policy:
Please remember that we are holding your reservation per your request pending the arrival of your pet. Our facility is limited and we do become full and have to turn other customers away. If you do not cancel in a timely manner (at least 72 hours) we are, in most cases unable to refill that space that we were holding for you. Therefore, we reserve the right to charge for time reserved when not given a 72 hour notice of cancellation.
